The whole club meets once a month on the last Tuesday of the month. We also have special interest group activities hosted during the month by various members. The special interest meetings range from music listening, jazz-blues-classical-etc., to DIY workshops and equipment evaluations. At the DIY meetings we learn such things as making digital cables and calibrating our turntables.
The "Steering Committee" meets on the first Tuesday of the month and plans the club events & meetings. These planning meetings are open to everyone in the club.
We publish a monthly newsletter that has the club calendar for upcoming events, a review with photos of last month's meeting, free classified ads, recommended recordings furnished by members, great articles authored by members & industry professionals, industry updates, special meetings hosted by local dealers who have visiting factory reps. & engineers, and the club President's Message. And, much more.
Members and local dealers can run free classified ads in the newsletter. Non-members can run paid ads.
The newsletter is free to members and mailed out monthly by request, and also posted here on our website.
Club elections are held every January. At this January meeting we also have a narrated slide show covering the highlights of CES. (Consumer Electronics Show held in Las Vegas the second week of January every year.)
